This product is amazing and so easy to use! I love that I can set up a meeting in 5 minutes, including the time to upload our PowerPoint presentations and other necessary information. I don't have to worry about sending out multiple emails or reminders, it does it all for me! I can also record our sessions for someone who wasn't available and they can listen later. With iLinc we can offer polling, tests, surveys and so much more to our customers so we know instantly how we are doing. If you are using a non-integrated web conferencing tool, you need to take a serious look at iLinc. iLinc for Salesforce provides incredibly useful historical information and marketing data that will definitely help you fine tune your sales and marketing efforts.

After looking at many vendors out there, iLinc was hands-down the best solution for us.
