Technical Requirements

The success of your Web-based events depends on a positive experience from the very beginning (i.e. logging into the session). Whether a host, presenter, or an attendee, all participants need only the most basic requirements to collaborate in iLinc Web conferences. We've found that the best way to ensure a stellar experience for your attendees is to verify the minimum requirements before you get started.

Client Requirements

Microsoft Windows 2000 SP4, XP SP2, 2003 R2 or Vista:

• Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher (Recommend ActiveX enabled)
• Firefox 1.5 or higher (Recommend Java installed)

Apple® Mac® (runs on Intel- and PowerPC-based computers):

• Mac OS® X 10.3.9 and 10.4
• Firefox 1.5 or higher
• Safari™ 2.0 or higher
• Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 or higher
