Registration Instructions
Do not register directly with the hotel. Simply register on this site and we will book a room on your behalf, according to your arrival and departure dates (as indicated on the registration pages). After submitting the online registration form, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact Samantha Lang at 602.718.1556.

Pricing
iLinc has secured a special room rate of $249/per night for Summit attendees. You will be asked for a credit card at time of check-in and will be billed directly by the hotel. Space for the event is limited, so please register as soon as possible to guarantee your room at the conference site.

Check-in / Check-out
You're strongly encouraged to check in on January 29th, as the Summit meeting will begin at 8:00 AM on January 30th. Also, if you plan to attend the FBR Open Golf Tournament, it's recommended that you book your return flight out of Phoenix for evening of Thursday, January 31st, as the golf tournament lasts into the evening and traffic is heavy on days of the tournament. Please see the agenda to help plan your travel times / dates.

Check-in time at the hotel is 4:00 p.m. Every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time; however, rooms may not be immediately available. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Transportation
You will need to arrange transportation between the hotel and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. The resort is about 25 minutes by car (approximately 20 miles) from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. You may wish to take a taxi, limo, or shuttle service to/from the airport. All planned event activities are onsite or within walking distance; you will not require a rental car. Estimated taxi fare: $60 (one way).

Directions from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport

• Exit airport east on Loop 202.
• Merge onto North Loop 101.
• Continue north to the Princess Exit.
• Exit and turn left.
• Make a left onto Perimeter Drive.
• The hotel is on the right.
