When your event has to go flawlessly, enlist iLinc for full event management and best practices consulting. We will provide 9 hours of production support covering:
Consultation on audio options (phone or VoIP)
Pre-event planning sessions to discuss registration set-up, event logistics (technical configuration, presenter roles, rehearsals) and content (audience engagement, slides, presentation tips) (scheduled at customer’s convenience)
Pre-event support to perform sound check, go over session checklist and begin in-session support (30 minutes prior to event)
Post-session delivery of chat log, attendee report and recording
*Attendee joining assistance is provided by iLinc’s technical support team. Support hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET, except major holidays. Please note that attendee joining assistance outside of these hours will not be available.
