iLinc Live Training Options

Just about every person has a different style of learning that works best for him or her. While we don't provide everything in every possible modality, we have made a sincere effort to offer the right types of courses, the right way, as often as appropriate. Essentially, there are four ways in which we offer Product Training. The following descriptions are aimed at helping you understand your options.

• Public: These live sessions are always led by one of our iLinc Certified Solution Engineers and are designed to be one-hour in duration. They are fast-paced and designed to cover an appropriate amount of content in a compelling way.

  Leading an iLinc 9 Session (IL-101) Receive the foundation needed to easily and effectively lead an iLinc session. You'll learn specific steps for properly presenting content, using the tools to measure and improve participation, working with text chat, gathering feedback, using breakout groups, and more. Session Scheduling for Leaders & Assistants (IL-102) This course will introduce you to the session administration process for iLinc 9. It includes step-by-step processes for scheduling and customizing all types of sessions (meetings, webinars, training events, and support sessions), inviting attendees, reporting and management of activities and content using the iLinc Communications Center. iLinc 9 Administration (IL-103) This course will introduce you to the iLinc 9 site administration process. Gain a full understanding of the more advanced administration features with certainty, we will provide you with the skills necessary perform the functions of a Site, User, Communications, and System Administrator with all the knowhow of a seasoned professional. What's New In-Session with iLinc 9 (IL-111) Designed for customers coming to iLinc 9 from a prior version. Learn how to get around efficiently in the improved iLinc 9 interface while gaining insights into how to increase your effectiveness in-session. What's New in the iLinc 9 Communications Center (IL-110) Learn how to take advantage of new features and functionality in the iLinc 9 Communication Center. (Close)

  
  
  
• Private: These live sessions cover the same content as those on our public calendar, but our iLinc Certified Solution Engineers tailor them specifically for your team. All scenarios and demos will be appropriate to your audience and we will omit specific items that don't apply to your users.
  
  
• Custom: These sessions include a few advanced-level topics and anything else you and your team might dream up. Our iLinc Certified Solution Engineers spend some time with you up-front to understand your needs and build content to suit. To inquire about a custom course, contact us.
  
  
• Certification: Some of our courses are also a part of our certification programs. Please note that some of these courses are offered for free on our public calendar while others must be scheduled via a private workshop.
