Dr. Ann Kwinn is Partner and Director of e-Learning for Clark Training and Consulting where she teaches, manages the e-Learning program, and consults with clients on design strategy. In the past 18 years, Dr. Kwinn has worked on over 25 e-learning programs, some award- winning. Dr. Kwinn holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology from USC, was a research fellow at the Educational Testing Service, and taught at UC Irvine.
