June 13, 2011 – Service Interruptions

The root cause of the issue described below has been determined. A fix has been implemented ensuring no further disruptions in service.
Please be advised that between approximately 8:45 a.m. to 9:02 a.m. and 11:35 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. PDT on Monday, June 13, 2011, iLinc experienced disruptions in service which caused:

  • Some users to be unable to join a session
  • Some users’ sessions to terminate
  • Some users’ recordings to terminate

The data is being analyzed and we will communicate once final root cause has been determined. All systems are currently running as normal.
