July 31, 2013 – Digital Signature Service Disruption Causing Join Issues

Beginning on July 30, 2013, at approximately 4 p.m. ET, our digital signature service encountered a disruption in service.  Due to this issue, some users may get a “Potentially Unsafe” warning when joining sessions.  Please note that the executable is  safe and the warning should be bypassed.

We do not currently have an ETA on when the digital signature service will be back online. Please check status.ilinc.com for ongoing updates regarding this issue.
