December 10, 2013 – Service Interruption

Please be advised that at approximately 12:15 p.m. ET today, December 10, 2013, iLinc v12 started experiencing an issue with session creation which caused:

  • Possible disconnection from session
  • Possible termination of ongoing recordings

As of 12:20 p.m. ET, engineers are looking into this issue with the highest priority. The server failed over and systems are operating normally.
