August 16, 2011 – Session Joining Issue
Please be advised that between approximately 10:00 a.m. to 11:06 a.m. PT on Tuesday, August 16, 2011, iLinc experienced a disruption in service which caused:
- Some users to be unable to manually join a session (ActiveX and Java joins were unaffected)
The issue was due to a primary server overload and the inability to successfully reroute traffic to a functioning backup server. The issue has been resolved and all systems are currently operating as normal.
We apologize for any inconvenience this disruption in service caused.
