April 19, 2011 – Service Interruption
Please be advised that between approximately 1:38 p.m. and 1:49 p.m. PT on Tuesday, April 19, 2011, iLinc experienced a loss of network traffic from our upstream providers. This disruption in service may have caused:
- Some users’ sessions to terminate
- Some users’ recordings to terminate
The data is being analyzed and we will communicate once final root cause has been determined. All systems are currently running as normal.
